In that role, she created and executed the sales process for new business. She is an accomplished speaker, drawing upon her experience consulting with the human resources industry.

Keith has extensive sales experience in background and pre-employment screening solutions. He has spent his career developing and selling investigative tools and criminal reports used by law enforcement and staffing agencies, background screening companies, and private businesses.

Before joining OPENonline, Keith started his own company, Infolynx Systems. He developed Dynalynx, a background screening tool that conducts real-time, criminal background screening, accessing information from court systems and law enforcement databases.
