ClearStar.net Expands Reach of Sales Team with Addition of Todd Shoulberg

Shoulberg has been a featured industry conference speaker for the Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association (DATIA), the Pre-Employment Screeners Conference, The National Guard and the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS).

A graduate of the University of Central Florida, Shoulberg is an active member of the Drug & Alcohol Testing Industry Association (DATIA), has been certified as a Certified Professional Collector Trainer (CPCT) and has completed the DATIA Accreditation course for Administration of Drug & Alcohol Testing Programs.
